Anthony Oduma
Founder & Managing Director
Anthony is a property management professional and a certified risk, AML and compliance analyst, qualified in London, United Kingdom.
As Founder & Managing Director of Windmore & Dusin Ltd, he brings a wealth of experience managing residential and mixed-use real estate portfolios: operational oversight, tenant relations, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
As a Portfolio Manager at Holland Properties Ltd and The Dusins Property Ltd in London, he oversaw more than 500 high-end properties and ran end-to-end operations, from lease administration, rent collection and maintenance coordination to the resolution of complex disputes between tenants and landlords.
That blend of legal insight, strategic thinking and operational efficiency has made him a trusted name with his clients.
He is committed to raising industry standards across Lagos and every state in Nigeria by providing transparent, technology-driven, world class management services to every client.
With a background that bridges corporate governance and real estate operations, Anthony continues to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of property management in the UK, Nigeria and globally.

Uju Oduma
Co-Founder
Uju is a dynamic and versatile professional with a robust academic background in Health Education and Public Health, complemented by practical experience across healthcare, compliance, housing and logistics.
She began her career in Nigeria after earning a degree in Health Education from the University of Port Harcourt, then worked as an Assistant Manager in a sales and logistics firm in Lagos, where she gained operational and managerial experience.
Motivated to deepen her expertise in public health, she obtained a master's degree at the University of Greenwich, London, working concurrently as a Lead Support Assistant in healthcare homes, supporting vulnerable individuals and helping ensure their well-being and independence.
To diversify her skill set further, she completed professional courses in Compliance, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and undertook freelance roles as a Compliance and KYC Analyst, expanding her understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
She also worked as a Housing Officer with Harrow Council, London, where she handled tenant sign-ups, conducted property visits, ensured regulatory compliance, managed tenant and landlord relationships and resolved tenancy disputes.
Her multidisciplinary background and strong interpersonal skills enable her to adapt effectively across sectors, manage sensitive client interactions and contribute to community-focused service delivery.
Uju is also a talented architectural interior designer with international certifications from Autodesk and CADD International, the latter recognised by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai, UAE.
